This project was for a large rebuilt house in a Californian bungalow/Edwardian style, which we completed in 2019. This was built entirely to spec and designed in close collaboration with the client, which took 9 months to complete from site cut to certificate of occupancy.
It was actually quite a challenging build due to the amount of carpentry externally, but the results are amazing and very much worthwhile. Internally, the house includes bespoke lighting, timbers and appliances, with lots of light inside and an attic area upstairs with a bedroom, bathroom and a sitting area. The full interior was creatively steered by the client, so we worked practically and efficiently to bring their vision to life.
They were very happy with the results, as was our client, and we love that it’s a classic, traditional looking home which is nonetheless unique and completely bespoke inside.
